After two and a half years on site, Poltair Construction has completed all 96 new homes at Trevithick Manor Farm in Newquay, Cornwall, for Treveth Holdings LLP.

The final homes have now been handed over, bringing our work on the scheme to a close. It is a proud moment for everyone who has helped deliver these homes for local families.

Two and a half years of teamwork

A development of this scale takes sustained effort from the site team, subcontractors, suppliers and everyone working alongside the client. Over the past two and a half years, that shared commitment has taken Trevithick Manor Farm through construction to its final handover.

We would like to thank the whole Poltair team and our project partners for their work throughout the scheme, and Treveth for the opportunity to deliver it.

A happy client at final handover

Following the final plot handovers, Treveth thanked the Poltair team for delivering the completed scheme. In the client’s words:

“Well done and thank you to all of the Poltair team for delivering these 96 new homes for local families.”

— Project Manager, Treveth Holdings LLP
