Work starts at Bicclescombe Nursery Ilfracombe

We have just begun work on a 16-unit affordable housing project in Ilfracombe for Aster Homes. The site is located on the former Bicclescombe Nursery, which has been abandoned since 1995. All 16 new homes will be available for social rent, providing affordable housing at prices significantly lower than private rentals. A well-balanced mix of homes will be constructed, including eight two-bedroom houses, two three-bedroom houses, and six one-bedroom maisonette-style flats, catering to individuals, couples, and families.

The construction program is approximately 14 months, and we are extremely excited to deliver much-needed affordable homes for Ilfracombe.
